May Circle Track

Postby Jeff Willette » Thu Feb 23, 2012 8:18 am

Any one see the article in Mays Circle Track? While it was cool to have CT visit Unity on their Amsoil Great American CT Tour, the article was pretty lame. The highlight was their suprise of Wicked Good Vintage Racing that, "harkened back to yesteryear". Really? You can see that stuff nearly anywhere. No mention of the competition within each class. No highlights of the most competitive Latemodels in the area. No mention of the competition in wildcats. No mention of cool pro4's. Etc. I was looking foward to this article, as I thought it was cool that Unity was on the CT tour. However, I felt as though the CT article lacked nearly everything that could promote or show the level of competition and action within a regular weekley race program at Unity.

Great, Dave. Not much snow, and one day closer to spring! How'd you recover from your saw accident? Looking foward to summer! :D

I think they put the artical in there just to make fun of it. whoever did the unity sign couldnt even spell circle track. and the picture of the track with the grass all grown up? awful. ur right though jeff....unity has some of the most competitive racing in the state.

The paragraph about eating lobsters and heading to the backwoods of Maine pretty well summed it all up for me. Unity cant be more than 25-maybe 30 miles to the coast
